By accessing or using Digital Signs | Ai Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it current.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Manual payments (bank/QR transfer) are reviewed by our team and activated upon confirmation. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — no unlawful content, spamming, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a license to host and display it solely to operate the Service for you.

6. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Signs | Ai Tools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
